I saw this quote doing the rounds recently and it’s a wonderful one to reflect on as it shows the power of partnering with someone, believing in them and the potential results.
I'd like to add my "in the NOW" context of what it feels like for the receiver when you do Coach, Challenge and Believe in someone.
After 1:1's with my manager, coach or mentor over the years, when they hit the sweet spot this is how I always felt and it moved me to action to get the learning and get results.
